The Hobby and Amateur section includes entry-level models at reasonable prices. The stereo microscopes in this section are particularly suitable for children. But they are also useful for stamp or coin collectors, hobby mineralogists or amateur nature-enthusiasts. The microscopes in this section are used for example for the aquarist’s analysis of bacterial or parasites, or for an introduction to microscopy for ambitious nature-enthusiasts who are willing to deal with the preparation of specimens.
