Omegon 90mm guide scope - the all-in-one travel telescope and guide scope
The Omegon 90mm telescope is ideal for wide-view observing or for guiding using faint stars. When smaller guide scopes fail because there is no bright star in their field of view, the Skywatcher 90mm refractor comes into its own. But there is even more to this telescope.
For nature-watching and astronomy - 90mm aperture achromatic refractor
Its focal length of only 500mm makes this achromatic refractor telescope extremely compact. This lets you use it not only as a guide scope, but also on holiday as a travel telescope for wide-field observing. An interior baffle system and a multi-coating on the lens doublet ensure reflections are minimized. Observe with a 2" eyepiece at low magnification and experience fantastic views of the night sky and nature. With magnifications of up to a respectable 80X, you can also 'go into detail' with the telescope.
Refractor as guide scope
The 90/500mm achromat comes with a double ring clamp and an adapted prism rail receiver, allowing you to attach it to any refractor mount equipped with a GP receiver. Use a double mounting and a guide scope mount for astrophotography and everything is ready for your imaging. Another option is to mount your guide scope via an optional guide scope ring clamp.
Crayford focuser
This 90mm refractor has a 2" Crayford focuser for a precise and easy focusing. Use your 2" eyepieces for wide-field observing or the 1.25" reducer-adapter for all your 1.25" eyepieces.
Sturdy metal OTA
The 90mm refractor features a rugged metal OTA with a retractable dew shield. This not only has high quality looks, but also helps to protect the optics.
The advantages in a nutshell:
- achromatic 90mm aperture refractor
- suitable as guide scope and travel telescope
- complete package, with guide scope rings
The Leofoto LS-364C tripod has a maximum working height of 148cm without a ball head. However, this tripod is just 54cm long when folded and the minimum working height is 8cm! Despite its low weight of only 1.77kg, this Ranger tripod has a load capacity of no less than 25kg. The tripod is supplied with a carrying case, a multi-tool, and spikes. A centre column and a ball head are available separately.
Start the night with new zest
