A smartphone adapter is an adjustable holder for a smartphone that allows the camera to be mounted behind the telescope eyepiece without trembling or shaking.

With the help of this so-called eyepiece projection, bright objects can be photographed using the full magnification capability of the telescope optics. This is particularly impressive for the Moon and, of course, for nature photography during the daytime. Real experts also use this technique to capture impressive images of the planets. A small smartphone planetary photography scene has already emerged.
